AlohaDaddy supports 24-Hour Cancellation &  Easy 30-Day Returns

1. Order Cancellation:

*Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

*For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied.

*We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

2. Easy exchange:

If the size is not appropriate we can exchange it while the product is in stock. Please don't hesitate to email us with your concern.

3. Returns:

Returns can be processed by contacting info@alohadaddy.com. Returns are only allowed if a customer received the wrong size, item, or a damaged item. If an item does not fit, exchanges are allowed. Alohadaddy has the right to not accept returns if the item is not returned in original condition and is damaged. By checking off the "Terms and Conditions" box at checkout you are agreeing that you have read and understand the the policies stated.
